Second Week Update (Margarida Amaro)


This week we finalized our design decisions and wrote a game design document. We also divided among us some of the AI related tasks and so, hopefully, we should have a functioning AI by the end of next week. Our Game Artists have started to develop assets like rooms and interiors, and showed us a door and a door animation. Everything is looking really good on the arts side, and communication between both teams is great.
I designed the mechanism behind the backdoor mechanic for our game, but I'm still struggling to apply it to the backrooms themselves. Hopefully it won't be much of a hassle.

So far things are looking good, and there are no severe unexpected hiccups.
